Freight Broker

Overview

Freight Broker — We are looking for a Freight Broker to coordinate freight shipments, negotiate rates with carriers, communicate with customers and transportation providers, and track loads from pickup to delivery. This role requires strong English communication, negotiation skills, attention to detail, and experience in logistics, transportation, carrier sales, or freight brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate freight rates with carriers and transportation providers.
• Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Communicate with carriers, customers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Track and trace loads to ensure on-time delivery.
• Solve transportation issues quickly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers.
• Update load information in the system.
