Freezer Van Mechanical Technician

Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of freezer vans, including refrigeration units and mechanical systems, to ensure efficient and reliable operation.



Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive maintenance on freezer vans and refrigeration units.

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration system issues.

- Inspect compressors, condensers, evaporators, thermostats, and cooling components.

- Conduct routine checks to ensure proper temperature control and performance.

- Repair or replace defective parts and components as needed.

- Respond to breakdowns and perform emergency repairs.

- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.

- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
