Freelance Senior Luxury Travel Ops & Client Experience Lead

Live DGAP, a luxury transportation company in Spain, is seeking a Senior Client Experience & Operations Advisor to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless service delivery. The role requires managing global transportation and VIP Meet & Greet bookings, resolving client issues, and maintaining high standards of service.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, available 5 days a week, including weekends. This is a freelance position with competitive compensation.
