We're looking for a freelance recruiter to support our hiring needs, from sourcing through offer management. This is a per-placement engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for open roles
- Manage candidates through the interview pipeline
- Support offer negotiation and management until acceptance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Must be able to provide a VAT receipt upon payment
