Scope
* Design validation experiment framework
* Build simple landing page(s)
* Set up and run A/B tests (positioning + pricing)
* Launch and optimize paid ads (Meta primarily)
* Analyze CAC, conversion rates, and early demand signals
* Deliver structured weekly reports and recommendation
