Perform data fixes and troubleshooting using SQL and PL/SQL. Analyze and resolve batch job failures and scheduling issues. Support integration debugging and issue resolution. Assist in BI Publisher report fixes and validation. Support minor enhancements using Oracle APEX and REST APIs. Perform log analysis, issue tracking, and root cause investigation. Coordinate with business users and technical teams for incident resolution. Ensure timely closure of tickets within SLA timelines. Support day-to-day application maintenance activities.
