Looking for an Obsidian Freelance Expert to Build a Complete Company Knowledge Management System.

We are seeking an experienced Obsidian power user to design and implement a full company knowledge management and documentation system. This is a commercial project for a growing group, and we need someone who has already set up scalable Obsidian workspaces for businesses.

Scope of Work (key areas)

• Design overall vault architecture & folder structure
• Create a clear dashboard / home page
• Build templates for all core areas:
  • Daily / weekly / monthly notes
  • Meeting notes
  • SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Project management
  • CRM / client documentation
  • Product, technical, HR, sales, marketing documents
  • Company wiki / knowledge base / decision log
  • AI prompts library
• Configure:
  • Data view & advanced queries
  • Properties (m...
