Freelance HR Development Facilitator

Element MEA is assembling a pool of freelance and part-time trainers to support a major government HR capability development programme in the UAE. We seek experienced HR professionals and facilitators who can deliver high-quality, applied learning workshops for HR Specialists, HRBPs and Mid-Level Managers across corporate organisations.

Trainers will deliver applied, interactive sessions, adapt content for diverse audiences, and contribute to a flexible delivery faculty.
