Job Description for FRC Supervisor Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and liaise with the FRC Engineer/Manager and Technicians to maintain efficiency in the Facilities Management Department and FRC.
- Serve as the first point of contact for any unplanned occurrences or events.
- Assign jobs, tasks, and Work Orders to Duty Technicians appropriately.
- Submit daily reports generated from EFIRM by 0800 hrs.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings for staff.
- Administer and control the issuance of passes and permits to work in FRC by contractors, verifying all documentation.
- Collate data and facts for follow-up reports to the FRC Engineer/Manager.
- Monitor and track operating parameters of various critical systems in accordance with the checklist schedule (SKH-SOP-FRC-06, Annex D).
