As a key part of the Fraud Operations team, you will be part of a dedicated group focused on improving fraud prevention and ensuring our customers’ safety.
What You Will Bring to Succeed
- 1 to 3 years of experience with business systems analysis or a similar field.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Comfort working independently while managing multiple projects.
- Ability to analyze business and user needs.
- Experience documenting and working with Business Requirements.
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
- Proven interpersonal, communication (verbal/written/presentation), and negotiation skills for building consensus and cooperation with users and senior management.
- Knowledge of Branch or Non‑Branch operations and procedures is an asset.
- Knowledge of Retail Deposit and Investment products is an asset.
