Pathward is seeking a seasoned Fraud Operations leader to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of fraud detection and alert management processes. You will manage Level 1 alert review and Level 2 case investigations.
You will establish quality standards, SLAs, and oversee BSA/AML components, partnering with Risk, Compliance, Product, and Operations to enhance fraud strategies and respond to emerging typologies.
