Francophone Technical Support Engineer — Cybersecurity SaaS

HoxHunt in Helsinki is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to safeguard customers' digital assets and ensure they maximize the Hoxhunt platform. You will provide high-quality support, troubleshoot complex integration challenges, and assist our Francophone market.

In this role, you'll work collaboratively with engineering and product teams, handle technical inquiries, and contribute to enhancing self-service tools. The position offers a hybrid working model with a salary range of €3800 - €4200.
