Franchise Operations Lead (Toronto)

Position Overview

Leon's Furniture is now hiring a Franchise Operations Lead. The role reports to the National Franchise Manager and focuses on optimizing overall operations while assisting in expanding the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide franchises with ongoing training and support.
• Aid in the creation of system projects that affect franchise stores to ensure proper clarification for training purposes.
• Network and build rapport with current franchisees via phone or email communication.
• Work with various corporate departments within the Home Office, including Systems, Network, Desktop, IT, HR, Marketing, and Merchandising as needed and in preparation for franchise store system conversions to the corporate database as well as recent franchise store openings.
• Manage complex franchise conversion and new opening projects, ensuring key milestones and tight timelines are met.
