Franchise Launch & Onboarding Lead

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Lubeserv Franchise Onboarding Specialist to help expand and sustain the LubeServ franchise network. In this role, you will manage the onboarding process to ensure franchise stores are operationally ready and equipped for success.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in training, operations, or franchise support, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the largest independent fuel company in the Philippines.
