Job Description
- Lead franchise recruitment (prospecting, screening presentation, negotiations).
- Prepare franchise information kits and manage franchise application process.
- Onboard new franchisees, ensuring they understand SOP's, brand guidelines, and QA standard.
- Conduct regular franchise performance reviews and provide business coaching.
- Work with Marketing Officer (under Ops VP) to supply franchiees with promotional campaigns and digital content.
