Business Farming: Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end relationship, from initial onboarding to monthly performance reviews and ranking.Data-Driven Consulting: Use dashboards and KPIs to identify gaps and provide actionable advice to your partners.Be the Face of Di Di: Spend 90% of your time in the field, building real relationships and understanding the local market.
