Franchise Business Developer – Aguascalientes, México. At DiDi, we are building a brand‑new business model for the mobility industry in Mexico, and we need a Franchise Business Developer to be the engine of this expansion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business consultant, helping partners grow from “0 to 100” while ensuring the highest operational standards.
• Manage the end-to-end relationship in Lifecycle Management, from onboarding to monthly performance reviews and ranking.
• Use dashboards and KPIs to identify gaps and provide actionable advice to partners.
• Spend roughly 90% of time in the field, building relationships and understanding the local market.
• Lead innovative projects that are one of a kind in the LATAM mobility sector.

Qualifications

• 4+years in Business Development, Key Account Management (KAM), or Sales.
