At DiDi, we are building a brand‐new business model for the mobility industry in Mexico, and we need a Franchise Business Developer to be the engine of this expansion.ResponsibilitiesServe as a business consultant, helping partners grow from 0 to 100 while ensuring the highest operational standards.Manage the end-to-end relationship in Lifecycle Management, from onboarding to monthly performance reviews and ranking.Use dashboards and KPIs to identify gaps and provide actionable advice to partners.Spend roughly 90% of time in the field, building relationships and understanding the local market.Lead innovative projects that are one of a kind in the LATAM mobility sector.Qualifications4+years in Business Development, Key Account Management (KAM), or Sales.Preferred industrial background in Corporate Banking (PyME), Fleet/Leasing Management, or Franchise Development.Commercial grit to open new markets coupled with an...
