Frames & Crushing Operations Lead

Aliaxis is seeking an experienced Team Leader to head the Frames & Crushing operation in Manurewa. You will lead a hands-on team, set production priorities, and drive safety, throughput, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and recycling activities.

You will coach and develop staff, maintain inventory accuracy, support shift handovers, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet operational targets while ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
