Fractional CFO / Chief Finance Officer
Excellent opportunity for a Fractional CFO looking to work a flexible 2 days per week for our Legal Technology firm based in Central Manchester.
Location: Manchester City Centre – Hybrid with on‑site presence required.
The role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, with a strong emphasis on financial modelling , process design , and financial event readiness .
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CFO or Fractional CFO within a scaling SME or technology business
- Advanced financial modelling capability
- Direct experience supporting at least one financial event (fundraise, M&A , or exit)
- Strong track record of designing and embedding finance processes and procedures
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, founder‑led environments
