**Role Summary**:
The FP&A Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes through effective system management and data analysis.
The analyst maintains system inputs, reconciles data, develops reporting and analytical models, and supports budgeting and forecasting cycles.
They help drive process improvements, enhance reporting capabilities, and ensure strong data integrity across financial systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support monthly reporting, forecasting, and annual budgeting activities within SAP BPC
- Assist with variance analysis and identify key drivers
- Maintain standard FP&A reports and support management review packages.
- Load, validate, and reconcile data in SAP BPC from source systems (ERP, HR, operational data)
- Support input templates, reporting views, and hierarchies within BPC
