The FP&A Manager is responsible for the consolidation and reporting of the B2C financials, including Store P&L model. The Manager will oversee and drive the planning, forecasting, and reporting of retail operation expenditures across Staples Canada. The manager will primarily support senior leaders across numerous departments such as Retail Workforce Planning, Operational Excellence, Facilities Management, Real Estate, HR, and Field Services on strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business results and cost control. Drives, tracks and supports management of quarterly and yearly targets. Continuously identifies and recommends necessary actions to improve financial performance and efficiency. Participates in strategic business planning. Manages and mentors FP&A analysts, providing guidance and coaching on financial reporting, modelling and analysis.
