The role involves owning the end-to-end Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function for the Group, actively leading budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, performance monitoring, cash flow analysis and capital adequacy processes. It also includes driving financial modelling, scenario analysis, and management reporting to provide actionable insights for decision‑making, improving profitability, and optimising cash generation.
