FP&A Manager: Planning, Reporting & Offshore Team Lead

KMC Solutions in Manila is seeking a Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting and oversee operational tasks of the offshore FP&A team. You will deliver timely reports and maintain planning models while mentoring junior members.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of FP&A experience, strong skills in Workday Adaptive Planning, and a solid command of Excel and data visualization tools. A background in accounting is a plus.
