Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning across the group.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis, including variance, trend, profitability, and ratio analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Oversee group cash flow management, liquidity planning, and financial sustainability initiatives.
- Prepare and present monthly management reports and executive financial packs.
