About the Role
As an FP&A Associate you will play a key role within the Finance Department, working closely with the FP&A Manager to provide strategic financial analysis and advisory support to the CEO/Founders & Investors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understand the historical financials and KPIs, extracting insights from analysis
- Develop and maintain complex and integrated financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
- Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential risks and opportunities
- Carry out financial analysis across group operations to derive conclusions on performance and recommend internal improvement solutions
- Participate in updating key reports such as group monthly management accounts, per-market performance, and other financial KPIs
