One of the UK's leading real estate development and strategic land businesses is seeking a recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACMA) to support investment decision making, budgeting and forecasting.
This role is ideal for candidates with up to three years’ post-qualification experience who are looking to move into a more commercial / analytical / business partnering role.
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role supports financial planning, forecasting and investment analysis across a diverse portfolio of large-scale land, regeneration and development projects . You will work closely with non-finance stakeholders, providing insight to support commercial investment decision-making over long time horizons.
