Gamma Foundries is seeking a Foundry Production Supervisor to oversee department operations and support employees while helping improve operational efficiency through the effective use of people, processes, and equipment.

This role is well suited for someone with strong foundry knowledge, hands‑on production experience, and the ability to support safe, consistent, and quality‑driven operations on the shop floor.
