Watershed is the enterprise sustainability platform. Companies like Airbnb, Carlyle Group, FedEx, Visa, and Dr. Martens use Watershed to manage climate and ESG data, produce audit-ready metrics for voluntary and regulatory reporting including CSRD, and drive real decarbonization.

We are looking for a Founding Engineering Technical Lead in Mexico City. This is an opportunity to bootstrap a team, set the culture for an entire office, and guide the team’s technical vision while upholding the technical and operational bar for the team.

• Be the Tech Lead of a co‑located team of 4‑8 engineers who will own our Supply Chain product module.
