Founding Software Engineer — Build the Next-Gen Survey

A founding role building the Surbee product end to end: the survey builder, the response pipeline, and the analytics layer, on Next.js, React, and Supabase.

You will work directly with the founders and own features from idea to production. Founding equity, based in Dubai.

What you'll do:

• Build product features full-stack across the web app and APIs
• Design and scale data models in Supabase and PostgreSQL
• Integrate AI capabilities into real product surfaces
• Keep the product fast, reliable, and a pleasure to use

What we're looking for:

• Strong TypeScript, React, and Node.js experience
• You ship quickly and care about quality and craft
• Comfortable owning ambiguity at an early-stage company
• Based in the UAE or open to relocating
