Founding Service Delivery Manager – Data Ingestion

Open CEDA is seeking a founding Service Delivery Manager for its Customer Data Services team in Mexico City. This role requires a customer-focused individual who will own the end-to-end delivery of Data Ingestion service packages, ensuring customers experience predictable and timely service.

Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of experience in client service delivery and a detail-oriented approach to managing timelines and risks. Work in-office 4 days a week is necessary.
