The Role

We build and operate an AI-first ETL platform. Most of the team is focused on building it. A separate arm of the business runs the actual customer implementations: onboarding employers and carriers, managing data integrations, solving the operational complexity that comes with connecting two sides of a regulated industry.

Right now, one person sits across both product and operations. That’s the COO. We need a second one.

This role sits at the intersection of product and operations. On the product side, you’ll work directly with engineering to shape what we build: writing specs, pressure-testing features, translating customer pain into roadmap decisions.
