The one-liner

We're looking for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a B2B software product actually gets built, sold, and shipped — by doing it, next to the people doing it.

What MAIA is

MAIA is a WhatsApp-first AI platform that automates order management for B2B distributors and manufacturers across Malaysia and SEA. We're seed-stage with live enterprise customers including Faber-Castell. Small team, real revenue, real customers, lots still unbuilt.

What you'll actually do

This is not a rotational trainee program. From week one you'll be in the work:

• Sit in on customer onboarding and deployment calls — and own the notes, follow-ups, and requirement briefs that come out of them
• Translate messy customer conversations into clear written specs the engineering team can build from
