SplitStay is building a matching and coordination layer for shared accommodation around events and destinations.

We help compatible travelers discover each other and coordinate shared stays before booking — making travel more social, affordable, and efficient.

As we expand our presence in Spain, we are looking for an ambitious Barcelona-based profile to help us build early traction and strengthen our presence within the local startup, hospitality, events, and international community ecosystem.

You would work directly with the founder during a highly strategic early-stage phase and help create momentum around:

• startup ecosystem connections
• partnerships with event organizers and communities
• local user acquisition
• ecosystem visibility
