We are looking for a Founding Marketing Lead for an early-stage, founder‑led AI startup in sports technology, based in Dubai with a live product pilot in market and we're building something genuinely new in a fast‑moving, AI‑forward space.
The role
Own brand and demand from the ground up: positioning, content, social, campaigns, and top‑of‑funnel growth. You'll define how we sound and show up, and build the marketing engine from scratch. This is a marketing and brand role, not sales - the founder owns partnerships and deal‑closing.
The model
This starts part‑time, alongside your current job. It's built for someone settled in a good role who wants real ownership in something they believe in: AI‑driven, ambitious, built on the side to begin with, with equity and a path to a full‑time co‑founder seat as we grow.
