Founding Infrastructure Engineer — AI-Native Firm OS

Firmwork is building the AI-native operating system for professional firms. We seek a Founding Engineer to partner with the founder and build agentic infrastructure, secure multi-tenant backends, and durable workflows across matter files, documents, and approvals.

You will design runtimes, sandboxed environments, and integrations with common tools to enable reliable AI-assisted work in real firms and professional workflows.
