We're hiring our first marketer at Amp.
This is a founding role. You'll build and own the inbound engine for an AI-native company where agents do the production work.
You won't be executing someone else's playbook. You'll define how inbound works here, from editorial and AI-answer presence to founder voice and pipeline generation.
AI handles the heavy lifting. You own the system, the output, and the number.
You'll work directly with the CEO. They set direction and priorities. You turn that into shipped work, distribution, and measurable pipeline.
If you're already the person on your team using AI for everything, and moving faster than everyone else because of it, this is the role.
