We are solving the hardest problem in consumer businesses: understand and act on customer behavior in real time. Large consumer companies have millions of customers, billions of behavioral signals, and thousands of possible actions they could take every day. In reality, most lifecycle, retention, and growth decisions are still driven by static segments, manual workflows, dashboards, and slow experimentation. We are building the intelligence layer that sits on top of customer data and helps companies make better decisions across the customer lifecycle. The goal is simple: increase ARPU, reduce churn, and improve retention by deciding what action should happen, for which customer, when, and why. We are early, technical, and already testing the product with large B2 C companies. We are now looking for a founding engineer who wants to help build the core system from the ground up.
