Sonar is launching Customer Success Engineering — a brand-new function built from Barcelona. As a founding CSE, you’ll help write the playbook and own the health, maturity, and growth of a customer portfolio with AI at the core.

You’ll act as a proactive technical advisor, guiding onboarding, adoption, and value realization while balancing business impact with technical excellence. This role demands hands-on DevOps/engineering experience and strong customer-facing mindset.
