Founding AI Engineer: Build the Regulatory Backbone (Equity)

Reversa is looking for a driven AI-native engineer based in Madrid. In this role, you will own critical parts of the operating system for the regulatory framework the company is building. You'll work closely with the co-founders, impacting product development from the start. Ideal candidates have a strong technical background and experience with large-scale systems, possess a builder mentality, and are relentless in pursuing their goals. The position offers a competitive compensation package of 40-50k€ plus equity.
