Founding Account Executive, New AI product, German market

Aircall is a unicorn, AI-powered customer communications platform, but we aren't stopping there. We are building a brand-new, standalone AI product designed to revolutionize pipeline management and sales efficiency with the power of generative AI. We are looking for two EMEA Founding Account Executives to join this startup within a startup.This is not a traditional AE role. You will be the first boots on the ground for this product in EMEA. You will build the machine from scratchfrom cold outreach and lead generation to closing and defining our new early-stage sales playbooks. You will own the German market fully.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Ownership: Own the entire sales funnel. You will hunt, prospect, qualify, and close your own deals.

Market Expansion: Drive the launch across EMEA. As one of our first hires, you will specifically focus on the German market but also contribute to growing the rest of Europe.
