Founders Ops Lead — AI, Projects & Growth

Pogun is seeking a highly organised generalist to work directly with the founder, helping to manage priorities, projects, partnerships, and the business development pipeline. You will experiment with AI tools, build agents, and automate repetitive work so a small team can operate like a larger one.

You’ll coordinate scheduling, travel, meetings and logistics, organize information, and support across operations, sales and partnerships.
