Renate is building AI that conducts real voice interviews — adaptive, multilingual, and built for how India, MENA, and Southeast Asia actually hire. We're early, fast-moving, and building a category. This role sits right next to the founder.
The role
We're looking for a sharp, high-ownership intern to work directly out of the Founder's Office. You'll shadow the founder day to day and get a rare, close-up view of how an early-stage company is built — across finance, operations, and people. This is a generalist seat for someone who wants to learn everything, move fast, and take real work off the founder's plate.
You won't be fetching coffee. You'll be in the room.
