Founders Office Associate

Location: Ahmedabad Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 to 2 years (recent graduates welcome) This role sits within the founders office and supports the founders across their ventures; Kinship, an experiential community space, and ThriveSpace, a student mentorship platform. The work spans both, shaped primarily by founder priorities at any given time. About the Ventures: thriveSpace ThriveSpace mentors students aged 6 to 17 through structured, personalised guidance that builds clarity without pressure. This is not college applications work. It is about building strong academic and non academic growth pathways for students in early years. With over 500 students mentored globally, including those from top schools like UWC, Eton, Dhirubhai Ambani International, The British School, and Jumeirah College, we are building one of India's most trusted and values-driven education brands.
