Eight years ago, I decided to create Qida after working for 10 years at McKinsey, trying to improve the Health and Social Care Systems of the United Kingdom and Spain. I realized that making a real change would be easier from a private, social-impact company working alongside the public sector, and that’s how Qida was born.

Today, we are already 360 people working at Qida with a clear mission: to make the Social and Health Care Systems of European countries sustainable. We are a Series B startup, and we are in a phase of massive growth. So much so, that we need to build a talent bench, a bench of future C-level executives. That is why we are looking for 3 Swiss Army Knives who want to join Qida and, in return, get an accelerated professional career.
