YOUNG is a venture group that builds and scales its own companies across sectors such as hospitality, coffee, workspaces, real estate, hotels, media, and more.
We are looking for a small number of ambitious builders to join our Founder / Operator program – designed to test whether you can actually build, operate, and create value inside real companies.
This is not a course, nor coaching, but a chance to prove you can build.
What you’ll do from day one
- Work on active businesses with real operations
- Take ownership of parts of the company
- Contribute to growth, sales, and execution
- Work on new initiatives and improvements
