Position Summary

The Foundation Executive Director will lead the establishment, governance, strategic direction, and day‑to‑day operations of the Company’s non‑stock, non‑profit foundation in full compliance with PAGCOR, SEC, BIR, and other Philippine regulatory requirements.

This executive leadership role is responsible for ensuring that the Foundation fulfills its charitable mission while maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance, financial stewardship, transparency, and regulatory compliance.

The Executive Director will oversee all Foundation functions, including governance, CSR strategy, financial management, project implementation, stakeholder engagement, regulatory reporting, and organizational development.
