• Takes direction from Project Managers and Field Supervisors.
• Exhibits pride in workmanship and executes all duties of an Operator safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Comprehends the importance of dependability and consistency in a high‑performance team environment.
• Understands and manages worksite safety by performing Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHA).
• Receives materials accurately, maintains organization, and completes associated paperwork.
• Proactively manages the worksite and seeks innovative ways to increase production and potential savings.
