Foundation Coordinator (Abbotsford)

About the Role

Reporting to the Foundation Manager and working closely with the Head of Finance and the Directors of the Foundation, the Foundation Coordinator will help move initiatives from idea to execution, ensuring programs are well‑planned, partners and stakeholders are engaged, and key details are documented and tracked.

Program Design and Coordination

• Support the planning and development of foundation programs, workshops, grants, events, and community initiatives.
• Help translate program ideas into transparent timelines, tasks, deliverables, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate program logistics from planning through execution.
• Track program progress, deadlines, and next steps.
• Support workshop and event planning, including scheduling, logistics, work‑back plans, and day‑of coordination.
