Forward Deployed Lead - Rapid AI Solutions

About the Role

This is a Forward Deployed Engineering role. You will be embedded onsite with our client and business team, working shoulder to shoulder to turn ambiguous problems into working AI solutions at speed. You own the rapid innovation and “fast track” engine: running discovery directly with client stakeholders, designing and building pilots in the room, and creating “wow moments” that prove value quickly across platforms and channels.

You are hands‑on and customer‑facing in equal measure. You translate business needs into rapid prototypes yourself, and you direct a supporting pod of offshore AI engineers to accelerate delivery. You set the pace, keep a safe‑to‑experiment culture alive, and know when “good enough to learn” is the right call. When a pilot earns it, you hand it cleanly to the Production team to be hardened and scaled.
